2 people @$80.00 per hour which is $40.00 per person, Occasionally we have to send a third person in order for the maids to complete their jobs assigned for the day which then becomes 3 x $40.00 but the work is completed faster than a 2 person team would have been so the time and money is basically equal.. Originally when Ms [redacted] called, Claudia tried her best to give Ms [redacted] a correct answer and she was going off from what she saw in the clients history. Vickie Told her that it would be hourly since we had not been in her home since 1/23/2015, Ms [redacted] paid $200.00 on her first cleaning 8/8/2014. I have returned her check and did not run her card but I did extend a $25.00 coupon for her frustration in this matter so I am asking the customer to pay $125.00 and in the future if she only wants to pay a flat rate she needs to tell us that and supply a priority list and we will try to get everything done within the budget given.

Thanks for your response. My past initial cleaning was $200 because my entire home was cleaned - upstairs and downstairs! Most of downstairs is guest area (all except my master bedroom and bathroom) so only needed light cleaning for this visit which was actually noted to Vicky also. It sounds like you have already mailed the $25 coupon but I would prefer to pay $100 ($80/hour plus $20 proration for 15min overage) and never use your services again. Thank you.
