She called me and I explained our move cleaning procedure and our hourly charge is $per hr and her house will be between to hrs, I kept my promise we cleaned her house within estimated time and charged her credit card after cleaning on Saturday .if she thinks I send people fully licence and insured on Saturday and charge her only $ppph that's not my problem I was cleared about our charges this is our rate and she just wanted free cleaning sorry is not going to happens

There is always two sides to the story I never Threatened them I simply stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and the Attorney General If these companies take this as a Threat then that is for them to decide To many complaints by customers in a row now have led up to this blowup I told them after the first major mistake and after they decided they did not want to deal with my Manager *** *** that I would deal with them directly But since then I have caught them in to many lies and not cleanning things This is just an attempt to collect on work that should have been done the first time I have had to incur costs of almost 2,to go back in behind them and fix all the mistakes they have made Including a Hot Tub Cleaning Bill because they lied to me about the condition of the Hot TUB They are liars and lack of work has caused me to FIRE THEM I tried to work things out but when they fraudulently charged my credit card without my authorization that went over the top I am still talking with the King County Sheriff and my credit card company about this I wrote an email firing them and specifically told them they did not have the right to charge my credit card and to get rid of my CC information For people that read this I would suggest you never give this company your CC information They will mishandle it.Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to consumer complaint #***. Mr*** has been a customer of Molly Maid since May 11th 2015. We agreed to give him special pricing, complete additional services that we normally don't provide and we agreed
to bill monthly. Mr*** gave us all of his credit card information to have on file. He also gave us the full authority to use his card. We authorized his card for May and June when his cleaning was completed and we did this monthly. We had outstanding cleans that needed to be charged to his card which we were going to process on August 7th. Mr*** sent me an email on August 6th stating that he was cancelling service and said we had no authority to charge his card. He stated that if Molly Maid wanted to get paid we could settle this in or out of court. Mr*** never mentioned he was unhappy with our service and he never called me to let me know the issue he may have had. At one point prior to cancelling Mr*** said he was looking to get another cleaning company and he wanted me to train the new crew. I let him know we could not do that
If Mr*** identified the items he was unhappy with our policy is to go back to the home and clean the items we missed. We were never contacted by Mr*** at any time after any of the cleans he received, ever. We had the authority to charge for services rendered and did so over several months with his knowledge
The home office offered to go back to his home and re-clean and Mr*** refusedHe got verbally abusive and threatened our corporate office. We have the emails of his threats, recordings of the verbal abuse and all billable information needed to prove what he owed us for the services performed and to show his intent was to not pay for the services delivered
Attached is his cleaning outstanding plus item which we purchased for his home at his request for his guests

this is a complete Lie of the Molly Maids response I have plenty of documentation from my Manager of your abusive behavior towards her and also complaints of customers and first hand knowledge of myself I don't care about your hour policy Like you said in your previous emails You wanted to take me to court to settle this Now all of you sudden you don't want to go to court However, I want to go to court in front of the judge and tell him or her the truth Your responses make you look all one sided and that I am the bad person This is FALSE! Once again you didn't have the authority to charge my Credit Card I am going to give you one more chance to refund that money and I will not contact the Police for FRAUD charging of Credit Cards This is your last warning Once again, your fourth mistake was the last straw I do not want to do business with your company Thats nice that you have lots of satisfied customers I have read your reviews Nobody is perfect You also have many customers that are not happy wit you So paint the picture any way you want it Please save it for the courts though.Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***

I received a letter regarding Mrs. [redacted] complaint about me, we cleaned her house for 3hrs, house was so dirty we needed like 6 hrs or more I never said cleaning will be $150.00 I told her we charge $92.00 per hrs. for 2 ladies, this is my ongoing rate you can check our website.

abusive towards my ladies, on the phone in front of them she was screaming saying your girl is going through my stuff what does she wants, my ladies were so insulated, I explained to her there is drawer in the kitchen she opens the drawer to clean the top part of it, she called her thief.
 
They already spent 3 hrs. in her house but she was shutting on my ladies I said please come down I don’t want to see you upset or you making my ladies feel uncomfortable I take these ladies out I come by tomorrow and check the job and will send some other team on Monday, she agreed.
Then I called her on Saturday arrange time to go to see her house and to see what went wrong, she said oh I don’t want you or your girls back to my house, I said fine then you can pay for our service, she said right now I am busy don’t have time to talk to you she hang up on me.
 
Then I text her saying that’s fine call me with you credit card details when you are free your outstanding is $297.00. up to this point there was no mention of breakage or anything as soon as I brought up the payment, then she said they broke her painting, I never received any proof of breakage but me being professional I agreed to compensate for that as long as she agree to pay for my work as well, I said fine I replace it but your painting is not $300.00 is it? She said I never said it is, I call you back, whenever she needed to respond she would hang up then think about new thing start calling me again.
Then she called said it was my daughter painting price less,,,, I am not going to pay anything since job wasn’t done.
 
I tried to talk to this lady to come to some sort of compromise to get her to pay at least part of it but she declined. I said I will take you to court.
She simply doesn’t want to pay she wanted to have free service I come across these people during years but is not right all I needed she agree to pay for our work.
I am professional I would never go to her work place or bring myself to her level to be disrespectful and abusive the same way she was towards me and my ladies I have 2 ladies can testify how she was treating them. I am filing the court order and will bring these ladies with me to court they will testify in front of judge and will explain the condition of the house when they get there, we have proof when the job was done everything was clean.
 
Please let her know we can sort this out outside court if she wants reasonable.
I do apologies that you have to deal this .
