Attached are the call logs showing all conversations with Ms. [redacted] using the phone number we have on file.  You'll notice that we did call her on Monday, July 31st at 3:46 PM.  I have also attached a recording of that phone call and message left requesting a call back from Ms. [redacted].  We never heard back. Our ladies work hard.  However, I am not disputing that they missed some areas in the kitchen.  We would have been more than happy to stick to our 24-Hour Guarantee and return to the home and take care of anything that was below our standards. As Ms. [redacted] stated, we did already give her a $35 coupon prior to this due to the fact that team went over our initial estimate of 3 hours.  This makes the statement that we are “trying to take advantage” even more difficult to understand. Ms. [redacted] received $245 of service for $210.  I am offering another free hour of labor to compensate her for the areas in the kitchen that needed to be re-cleaned.  The total owed is $175.

On 7/28/2017 we did provide service for Ms. [redacted].  We had a team of 2 there for just under 3.5 hours.  There was no running water in the home which presented some obstacles, but we were able to come up with a plan to work around that and still get most of the home cleaned. The fee for...

3.5 hours is $245.  As Ms. [redacted] stated, we told her we would only charge her for 3 hours which is $210. Ms. [redacted] called on Saturday, July 29th and got our answering service since our office is not open on Saturday.  They told her that we would call her back on Monday.  On Monday at 11:42 AM we received an email from Ms. [redacted] with pictures.  The pictures all appeared to be of areas in the kitchen. We called Ms. [redacted] to discuss her concerns.  It is our company policy to return to the home and re-clean any missed areas when a complaint occurs.  She did not answer and we left a message asking her to call us back to discuss getting the issues resolved.  We did not charge her credit card because we wanted to get any areas of concerns taken care of before doing so.  Ms. [redacted] never called us back.  Unfortunately, my office also lost track of trying to contact her again.  Since there is still a balance owed, Ms. [redacted] received an invoice. There were areas in the kitchen that should have been better taken care of and I wish that we had been given the opportunity to go fix those areas.  Since we were unable to do so, I am fine negotiating a fair amount for the clean.  I will credit her $35 (1 hour of labor) immediately, bringing the total owed to $175.
