Review: quoted $70 to clean apt. but when I went to pay they said it was $70 per hour plus tax, totaling $162 which I paid.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded above the $70 quoted.

With due respect to [redacted]'s concern we would like to inform you that a free estimate of her apartment was done on 12-*-13 and after discussion of our terms, a copy of the estimate was left with her bearing our hourly rate and estimated time to do the clean.
She was also quoted rates for weekly and alternate week services for her apartment.
Later when she spoke to our [redacted] to schedule an Initial clean she asked for some reduction and the [redacted] obliged by offering her a special reduced rate of $70.00 +tax per hour. This was the rate applied by our team who cleaned the apartment but for some reason [redacted] felt she should pay only $70 for the two hours spent by our two ladies to do the clean.
Our office staff handle a big volume of customers every day and strictly convey consistent messages and terms of Molly Maid services.
We deeply apologize for any in convenience caused to [redacted].
