I am rejecting this response because:I have already explained in my original response. I was not quoted a total, I was quoted an hourly rate based on 2 people. Your team refuted to you what they told me when they arrived about how I would be charged. I had planned to use this service on a regular basis at my new home in Camas but Molly Maid would rather lose a customer rather than refund a few dollars due to unclear quoting practices. The lack of listening went both ways. Molly Maid did not listen to my complaint which added to my frustration. I've booked recurring service with another company. There is no need for [redacted] to respond. It's clear they aren't going to even acknowledge what I'm trying to explain or throw me a bone by at least apologizing for the confusion, even if they are unwilling to make any adjustments.

Molly Maid completely understands the concern of the customer, however during the conversation with her it was acknowledged and agreed that the customer would pay for the hour the team was there. It was further understood and noted that the customer was to be permanently removed from the schedule until such time she wanted/needed service again. The phone call was calm, clear and both parties contributed to the outcome, we feel it is in bad faith now to complain about a charge that was agreed to at the time.However, in the interest of customer service, Molly Maid would be happy to apply this charge to a future cleaning. Since a future cleaning would be at an hourly charge, this amount would constitute a major discount on the cost of the clean. But to refund the cost after the fact when the originating call enabled the charge is not something the company can agree to.

I am rejecting this response because:  I understand Molly Maid's response but, again, I need to emphasize that I explained I would request their services if I needed them A MONTH PRIOR TO THEIR LAST VISIT.   So, when they came to my home, I was NOT expecting them.  I'd like to request the Molly Maid staff listen to that phone conversation.  Perhaps then they'll understand my confusion.

Dear Ms. [redacted],   My office manager, [redacted], received a called on December 23rd., 2014 from Mr. [redacted] stating that our employees pried open his wife closet and claims we took all his wife’s jewelry. [redacted] told him that she would talk to the employees and call him back. Then the...

following day in the morning before dispatching the employees, [redacted] talked to them explaining what Mr. [redacted] had said and both of them said they didn’t go into any closets. They said they arrived at the home as usual, retrieved the key from under the matt where the [redacted]’ leave it for us. After done with the cleaning the key was returned under the matt. The employee in charge of that team said that nothing seemed abnormal or out of place when they were cleaning. [redacted] called Mr. [redacted] and told him what our employees stated. He requested our Insurance information because he claimed we were the only ones in his home. [redacted] explained to him that our policy in regards to missing items is to question the girls and then let the customer know that they are more than welcome to file a police report if they feel the need. She also let him know that we and the ladies would cooperate with the police however we needed to.  We have not been contacted by the police at all.   Please let me know if you need anything else from us.   Thank you,   [redacted]
