My name is [redacted] , I am the day [redacted] at *** [redacted] I am contacting you in reference to the complaint involving [redacted] on July [redacted] This matter was discussed with the night [redacted] and also the bartender in question Management at [redacted] agree to refund the $difference referred to in [redacted] ***s complaint , we disagree with the request to refund the total bill for the following reasons The problem occurred at the bar before [redacted] and her party were seated for dinner The [redacted] party had no complaint in regards to the dinner or the service to the table The night [redacted] informed me that he was willing to correct the initial complaint that night but that he had asked [redacted] to please stop yelling twice , this did not happen At this point it had become extremely disruptive to other customers and the yelling continued , because of the continued yelling he felt he had no options , and to avoid further escalation in the best interest of so manny other customers he told [redacted] he could no longer continue trying to remedy the problem He did observe the [redacted] party Having dinner and dancing for quiet a while after the initial problem , he instructed the food server to offer the [redacted] party a complimentary after dinner drink which they declined We are more than willing to refund the $,

I only wish the night *** would have been more forthright, honest in his response to the Revdex.com and handling the situation in a more professional manner which would have alleviated a need for this situation getting to the point it did
