I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

 to whom it may concern,
   after speaking with the [redacted], who knew nothing about this occurance, she handled the situation like a professional and to my satisfaction.  I only wish the night [redacted] would have been more forthright, honest in his response to the Revdex.com and handling the situation in a more professional manner which would have alleviated a need for  this situation getting to the point it did.

[redacted] . I am contacting you in reference to the complaint involving [redacted] on July [redacted] 2014 . This matter was discussed with the night [redacted] and also the bartender in question . Management at [redacted] agree to refund the $8 difference referred to in [redacted]s complaint , we disagree with the request to refund the total bill for the following reasons . The problem occurred at the bar before [redacted] and her party were seated for dinner . The [redacted] party had no complaint in regards to the dinner or the service to the table . The night [redacted] informed me that he was willing to correct the initial complaint that night but that he had asked [redacted] to please stop yelling twice , this did not happen . At this point it had become extremely disruptive to other customers and the yelling continued , because of the continued yelling he felt he had no options , and to avoid further escalation in the best interest of so manny other customers he told [redacted] he could no longer continue trying to remedy the problem . He did observe the [redacted] party Having dinner and dancing for quiet a while after the initial problem , he instructed the food server to offer the [redacted] party a complimentary after dinner drink which they declined . We are more than willing to refund the $8 ,

Review: this is both customer service and advertising issues. on july [redacted], 2014 we went to [redacted] for dinner, ladies night and the music. the online advertisement, states ladies night $7 martinis at the bar. when my girlfriend and I went to pay, we handed the bartender 10.00 each and he said the bill was 22.00. I informed him it was ladies night and the advertised cost was 7.00. he said he would ask the [redacted], came back, apologized and said the cost is 11.00. we paid and I went to talk to the [redacted]. his first reaction and response was " not the night before as holiday" when I showed him his websites advertisement of the ladies night deal. I approaced him a second time with my disatisfaction of his initial response. he then told me the bartender told me prior to ordering that ladies night would not be honored(which was just a lie on his part) I told him that was not true and he said he's done talking to me and walked away. I am extremely upset at his rude, disrespectful treatment of me and this entire incident, as well as his being able to change his specials when suits him. the ladies night deal was 7.00 a drink and we paid 11.00. I feel we are owed an 8.00 refund and an apology for his poor treatments of customers. not only did he not follow what everyone knows to be true, the customer is always right...but in this case the customer showed proof we were right, and he still acted in a very unprofessional manner.thank you for looking into this,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would at the very least like a refund of the difference and since he really did ruin our night, I feel the bill should be taken care of as well..1 hamburger, 1 salmon salad, 1 chicken salad, I steak sandwhich, 1 beer and 1 white sangria. an apology would be greatly appreciated as well as he really did ruin the night.
