is satisfactory to meThey have refunded my account and stated I will not be charged again.However, Debbie herself never contacted me so really only know about this situation from Patricia W*** I was never in a month contract so their request for paperwork was not warranted and poor customer service in general.

[redacted] used the facility through November 3, 2015.Upon contacting our business office [redacted] was reminded of the cancellation policy, at no time did he mention any type of harassment at the club. [redacted] completed his cancellation on November 4, 2015 which stated he was cancelling due to financial reasons.His account was charged for the 45 day notice, but as a good will gesture we have spoken to [redacted] and will refund the money collected for the 45 days.
