I contacted Molo to do a simple gas line install for a new stove. I've worked with them in the past, and expected a smilar level of service. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The technician they sent took 4 hours to install the line in my open rafters and pre-drilled hole, including over 2 hours on the phone and driving back and forth to the office 3 times because he kept forgetting parts. He ran a residential grade flex line through a wall, a code violation, and left a gas leak where he tapped into my line. I was overall billed almost double the expected cost for them to do this.

When I contacted the company, they said this was a standard cost for the install, and wouldn't do a thing for me.

I contacted them to quote a new residential heating and air system. The technician came out within a week and did all the measurements etc. and said I'd have a quote within a week or so. It has now been a month and a half, and still no quote. I have called and left messages a half dozen times with no response. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
