I have had over 10 dealings with this company and they have delivered on time with excellent service. I have recommended them to two other businesses in Arizona and both now do business with them. Their attention to detail is excellent, and I am always very pleased with the end product. Several of my friends now use them as well.

Can't speak for what has happened in the past. But the group of people that are in this company now are really great. I dealt mostly with Wendie, the office manager. She was quick to reply to emails and very polite on the phone. They worked with me on designing a custom engraving and setup an appointment for me to bring the part in, I went and grabbed lunch while that work was done and picked it up afterwards. I am very happy with the work and price. I have since ordered other parts from them and had them shipped to me, easier then driving all the way across phoenix. The shipping was prompt, and the parts look great.....Like I said, I don't know what happened a few years ago, but the group of people in there now really believe in customer service.
