[redacted] stated we only ran her credit on 6/17/at [redacted] and she was declinedThe remainder of the companies and dates vary, and lenders vary, meaning she went shopping at multiple places, over several months, and had creating several hitsTherefore her decline in her credit score was not created by Moyle

even if they can just get me approved for a car without running my credit a million times I would be happy

To Whom it may Concern: Molye Chevrolet occasionally helps Tuff Trucks of Rochester, NY get some of their customers financed. They requested we get *** *** approvedWe ran her credit only one timeMike *** from Tuff Trucks has tried to contact them as well as myself

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   I have my credit report showing it was ran more than once. and it wasn't tuff trucks it was molye last year that is still showing on my credit. another dealership showed me a print out proving that molye bounced my credit through 13 different banks.
