I debated for/against submitting this complaint but I felt I had to in the public's and the company itself's best interestWhen requesting rental services, Mom's Chairs emails a contract to sign via a word (.docx) documentIn the document, besides your signature accepting stated terms (not the focus of the compliant, for clarity), They request that you fill out your credit card number, expiration date, CID number into the word doc and email it back to themThis is a gross violation of PCI standards and should be addressed
