Review: I purchased an initials ( with crystals) silver necklace . Necklace was tarnished 6 months after purchase. [redacted] said it was because of my perfume. He "cleaned" it for me but then 6 months later it happened again. When I used the silver cleaner, it did no good. I brought it in again and he said if I pay the $48 extended warranty, he'd clean it for me. I refused. When I had my necklace looked at by someone else, I found out the thin chain is pure silver but the initials pendant was nickel with silver plated! I called the [redacted] to tell him and he said I was wrong and that I am the only customer he's ever had to complain. Now, I'm left with a tarnished necklace and out $275.00!! The employee was rude as well as the [redacted]!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund so I can get my money back and never have to deal with this store again!
