It took a few weeks, but here's the results.It appears that when we converted to the new reservation system in Aug, there were a few transactions that were not posted with all the correct information from the old system. They have tried and but can't assist me with locating the actual posting to your credit card. We have the receipt below, but no further transaction information for the Merchant Services vendor.Therefore, I'm sending you a check today for $75.00. I apologize for the ongoing problems with providing you and family services. I would like to offer you a free Infant CPR or Sleep Management class, please give me a call at ###-###-#### if you are interested.Carolyn A

Review: In March, we paid $75 for an infant CPR class, which was scheduled for April. That April class was cancelled and rescheduled for May, but then the May class was also cancelled. In July we requested a refund of the $75. In August, after multiple emails and phone calls, Momease responded with an email stating the refund had been tendered. It has now been almost a month, and we have not received the promised refund. Our further attempts to contact Momease and procure the refund have gone unanswered.

We simply want our $75 refunded back to us.Desired Settlement: We would like a $75 refund.
