Company misrepresented itself as a local company, [redacted] about pricing, [redacted] about contract cancellation and [redacted] about supervisor callback
Company claimed to be local; I am in Michigan, and ON is not local. I was told the rate would be kept competitive with [redacted]; the current rate is roughly double what [redacted] is charging. I was told Monday March 31st that my contract would be canceled in one to two business days; the actual end date is April 22nd. I was told Monday that a supervisor would contact me in 24 to 48 hours; I received no contact from management within the stated time-frame.
