I'm being overcharged for electricity per our agreement.On June I entered into an agreement with Just Energy for electricity supply I was quoted a rate of a kwh hour a month for years My confirmation number was XXXXXXXX Prior to this , my agreement with them was for kwh In October of they started charging me a kwh I called in December and was told it would be billing cycles before I would see the correction and credit Confirmation number XXXXXXXX , person I spoke to was Andrea employee number XXXXX.I got my April bill no credit applied still being charged kwhI called again was told next bill would be credited and price corrected, person I spoke to was Susan employee number XXXXX confirmation number the same XXXXXXXXSo I have my May bill I did not get a credit and my price is still kwh Any help would be appreciated .My account number is National Grid XXXXX-XXXXX name on account is my wife Diane [redacted] Pine St
