Review: I purchased 3 photo packages via Camp Alvernia for my 3 children. I never received photos and this business cashed all three checks that were written to them. I have called and left detailed messages with their answering service on 4 separate occasions. I have never received a call back. I want the photos and not the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the 3 photo packages shipped to me for my 3 children.

Review: On October [redacted] my son had his phot taken for school pictures by moments photography aka [redacted] photgraphy
On October [redacted] we were notified the pictures are available via their companies website for purchase
The Website was not functional and would not allow me to purchase the photos of my son. Every time I would try to checkout the shopping cart my order would go blank. After 5 + attempts I called the company
The last week in October I called a few times (always getting a phone service answering calls) it was not until November [redacted] that I finally received a voice message from [redacted] (the excuse was they had office damage and had to close for a couple of weeks to have everything fixed) So finally [redacted] and I speak and she processes my picture order, takes my credit card information and assures me I will get my photos in 5-7 business days...5-7 business days came and went phone call after phone call having to leave messages with the service that takes down phone messages 12/* I finally get a call back from "[redacted]" she wants my credit card info again to process the order cause she has no record of anything... cant tell me what they did with my credit card info the 1st time... I'm concerned what they are doing with my info so I request to have the owner call me... NO CALL BACK WHATSOEVER...... Dec [redacted] leaves me a voice mail "How can I help you call me back so I can better understand whats going on" Back to square one.. So I call [redacted] back , answering service again... so here we are days before christmas no photos went out with my xmas cards and this company fails at all ends deliverying on there product and providing anykind of customer service... Why own a business if you don't know how to run one.Desired Settlement: Where are my pictures and what did you do with my credit card information....
