Review: I hired [redacted] Creative on December 21, 2013 to photograph my daughter's wedding in December 2014. The package I purchased from her included an engagement session, bridal session and the wedding day and it totaled $2,395.00. I paid her half ($1,197.50) of the package on December 21, 2013. The engagement pictures were taken in December 2013 and to this date, I have not received any pictures and I cannot get her to communicate with me at all. I have asked for the pictures that were included in the engagement package and $500.00 of my deposit back.Desired Settlement: I want the 20 page mini engagement album and the 20x20 signature board that was chosen from the engagement pictures. I would also like $500.00 refunded to me.
