We have looked up all of our records on [redacted] and was able to find the following information: We found service records of *** [redacted] coming in on 2/15/with issues of the ABS and stability lights coming on when depressing the brakes We found an issue with the sensors and replaced those free of charge to the customer to fix the issue *** [redacted] came back on 5/26/stating she felt a pulsation in the brakes This time the service team replaced all rotors and brake pads, at no cost to the customer, to correct the problem and this was the last service record we have for *** [redacted] We feel that we took all necessary actions, and we took care of all the cost and repairs, to help fix the issue We also looked into the title issue and title was provided and turned in, but [redacted] needed to update her address with the lienholderWe do not have the title in our possession and cannot say where the title is, but id *** [redacted] does not have the title, we would guess the lienholder will have itWe have ran an AVRS report and do not see an address for [redacted] currently on the registration information We looked into the GAP and do not see any requests for cancellation but we are happy to cancel it for [redacted] , and will need her signature to submit the cancellation request We can have her in contact with the General Manager to get this completed Our records show we took the proper steps and tried to fix and concerns brought up by the customer with the service, and our records show this alsoWe do not see any foul play but are still willing to help any way we can Thank you, Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Momentum auto Group

*** in finance called to speak with me, but I was on a fireI returned the call multiple times and never have been able to get ahold of herI do not get her voicemail eitherI was on a fire until the first week of October but once home I call a couple times a week and still not able to reach anyone or get a call backI just had to pay $in back registration fees for the vehicle as well as the registration had expired
