I have received complaint #submitted on 4/9/16. I have reviewed the member’s account and show that he called our office on 4/11/to discuss this concern with one of our
staff members. I do show that his insurance was terminated on 1/31/and that no additional payments were taken beyond the months premium (he was covered from November 2015-January 2016). There have been no reports to any credit bureaus so there is no need for any correction. I apologize that he continued to receive bills after the January termination and will be sure that this does not continue going forward.
