We are sorry for the inconvenience that Ms*** has encountered. She has experienced a few different issues with her ac the past cooling season. Initially her unit was overcharged and the hvac technician adjusted that. Secondly she called again and we did some repair to her
duct workThird she called because someone had pulled her disconnect to the unit. Finally we replaced her capacitor and spade connector. We apologize for any delay in service and if we can be of any further service please let us know

[redacted] was a lease holder with Maison Gardens apartments and he moved out on 2/29/16.  His lease was up on 4/30/16.  He moved out and did not give a 60 day notice therefore he was charged an early termination fee of 419.00, an insufficient notice fee of 838.00 and rent in the...

amount of 320.00.  Gold Seal is the company that provides our pest control services and they inspected his apartment on 2/19/16 and they reported they did not have any sightings of any pests or rodents.  Our company will treat any pest control issues that are reported to us however we do not allow people to skip out without notice or paying the proper fees that are outlined in the lease.Thank you and please let me know if you need anything else.

Maison Gardens is sorry for [redacted]'s frustration and we do understand that $100.00 is a large amount of money however when a person applies for an apartment they agree to our holding fee policy.  The application states on page 2 that "If this application is not rejected and the apartment is...

held in reserve for more than 48 hours ( not including application date) the landlord shall not refund holding fee if the undersigned fails to execute a lease and occupy the apartment."
