explained to her by [redacted] Rosa and our Finance Manager in the finance department where she was shown the agreed upon terms. She stated they paid MSRP which is ($21,065)? The selling price was $20,537 which was $161 over Invoice of $20,376. In regards to the trade in value of $6,000 that was the value? There is a difference between retail and trade in value and that was explained to them as well. In speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] this morning they expressed that the customer was extremely satisfied with deal at the time. We did nothing wrong and the contract has been placed with Hyundai Finance it is out of our hands.

I was not ever happy with what they gave me for my trade in nor the selling price of the car that is why I went back to the dealer ship and spoke to the Sales Manager and asked him specifically why I paid too much for the car and was given so little on my trade.I also spoke with the General Manager to no avail.They said they sold me the car for XXXXX they sold the car for XXXXX.00 plus $1000 down payment and prior to the finance office there was no mention of price nor did we pick out this car.I was not happy that they want me to pay for two cars.The finance price was $26947.00
