Hello,We were informed that this item was returned and we did refund the product per the websites guarantee: If you don't like this exclusive book for ANY reason you can return it for an immediate 100% refund of the purchase price.There was no Return Authorization on this item so the return instructions were not sent to the customer We did not know he was sending the item back and were not aware of the problems The item was sent to an address that does not process returns so if there was a letter it was not forwarded to us We were sent the customers name and the product name only We had to contact the customer to find out how the item was ordered and he did provide us with the fact that it was a mail orderWe would normally look at all returns and read any correspondence to reply to the customer Return instructions are sent to all customer who show an interest in returning an item with step by step instructions and address information on where the item should be sent for processing in the quickest smoothest way.If a printed item is shipped then there is no shipping to refund as in this case If there is a defect in a product then this rule is of course suspended and the customer would not even be asked to return the item for a refund Again we had no prior correspondence from this customer before the item was returned to the wrong address.Based on what he has stated I will look at the products we have but will also have a check issued for the shipping cost of $ We are sorry that this happened but would recommend contacting the seller in the future before returning an item to a wrong address

Thank you.  I will look foward to receiving the $3.99 check in the mail from Mometrix.  I want to add that I can understand shipping a return item at my expense, but the purchase price is the total paid for the item. In this case, $39.99+3.99=$43.98.  No risks stated on the Mometrix website means full purchase price $43.98.  I reccomend updating the Mometrix website and the gurantee policy for products.I called customer support before sending the product for return. The Mometrix employee did not provide a return authorization number and the Mometrix website does not state a return authorization number is required. The Mometrix employee provided the return address to [redacted], Texas. The Mometrix website informs "you have nothing to worry about because you can get every dime of your money back under the no-loopholes guarantee. So you have nothing to lose and everything to gain."(Source:  http://www.mo-media.com/texes/health-science-technology.htm)The study guide is defective. A letter stating the issues with it was included in the return of the product.The Mometrix customer support employee did not provide return product instructions except for the order number which is needed to process and the [redacted] address. The employee did not provide adequate, accurate customer service.  I would suggest to provide additional specific customer service training to employees attending customer support telephone calls in the future so as to conduct business transactions according to sound website sales and fair business principles.
