Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There are so many inaccuracies in your response The only actual reason I want a refund is because of the significant differences between the job description duties listed on the mommyjobsonline website and the job training module that they e-mailed to me after I paid to joinI paid to be a Data Entry Specialist contractor not to exclusively send out e-mails Right now, you need to make an exception to your no refund policy because I did not receive what was described on the website In the future, your company needs to change its refund policy to something less rigid and more customer friendly Sincerely, [redacted]

The contractor is being very dishonest in her complaint and when she first tried to join she kept sending us declined credit cards and mismatch address verification information as we do not trust her so much due to this. The job listed is as described and she no showed us to do the work for
our company and then filed this fake complaint because she did not want to do the job due to her schedule. There is plenty of typing, copying and pasting with this daily assignment as she would of known if she would of worked the contract position with our company. We did inform her that she still have access to our remote job bank that if she's not happy then she can still apply to other remote job openings of her caliber, therefore we will not refund her the fee back as we do not offer trials for the level of services we provide to our remote contractors and lifetime members that access our job boards

We pre-screen all jobs before posting to our job board We checked our job board and the links you provided us is not listed on our site, so this is untrue You joined the clerical job bank and before you joined with us we explained the types of jobs that are listed to be clear with what you are seeking We have already spoken to you in regards to our refund policy that we are not going to issue you after having access to our site If you have further questions you can consult with our staff Thanks

We regret that this customer feels this way however, we do offer any free trials and we make it very clear on our website before joining our job board that we only post jobs of companies that are pre-screened and hire contractors to work from home We are not responsible whether a person gets
hired unless they are working with our firm directly or internally We do not know her level of work experience so it was her responsibility to choose the correct job board that fits her level and background work experience As stated on our website that we do not issues refunds once we issue access to our job board or do any pre-screenings to work internal with us

Mommy Jobs Online is a pre-screened work at home job board for remote contractors that provide legitimate job resources Our jobs range from entry to advance level depending on the jobseekers skills so it's very important to select the job board that matches your background skills We do

I am rejecting this response because: I feel that since I had just joined and really feel misled that I should at least have been compensated somehow.  All I can say is I would warn anyone with trying to find work with them.  There are other online companies that will refund your money!!

This member has been utilizing our remote job board since December 2017. She has applied to several of our referral clients and has logged into our system 36 times as of today. Mommy Jobs Online is a pre-screened work at home job board that make sure all jobs are legitimate and safe to work from...

home for our members.  We do not hire for any remote clients, they make their own hiring decisions once the candidate applies on their website.  Our success rate for people finding jobs by applying to clients using our job board is at a 98%. All I am looking for is one response from the list. There have been no replies. If only one HR coordinator replies, I will retract the complaint. The list was advertised as prescreened. I would like a refund of my $85.00, please.
