Jobseekers who use our job bank portal platform to find lucrative pre-screened remote jobs to work and it's up to the hiring employer to hire them as a subcontractor. We do not make any hiring decisions unless the contractor is working directly with our company for a direct job position. 98% of our jobseekers find work using the job bank portals within 1 to 2 weeks on average.

This company is a scam, someone used my card to sign up for this and now money (over 900 dollars) has continued to be taken out of my account, I called and explained the information to them and they said there is nothing they can do and it’s non refundable. As far as the money from her account being taken out we have no dealings with that. We only billed her the one time fee for her lifetime membership. We recommended her to contact her bank and report the issue to them.

I spoke personally to *** and he was sent our job bank portal in which only leads him to apply to other remote employers that are hiring, so as far a multiple job boards that is not true. We have sent him the job board portal login information to where he can browse, apply and get hired by remote employers. He must have our company confused with other job information he is receiving in his emails. We are available 7 days a weeks and able to assist him anytime, as we do not ignore anyone that is not in our job finder service mission and certainly not our main goal.

She was very rude from the start of joining with us and cursed our staff out on numerous times. We told her about her obscene behavior and gave her another chance to work with us. We are professionals and only want to hire the best workers. We told her that we are not going to refund her because she was already made aware of our policy before she joined with us. We have been available to her every day for assistance so that is not true. Our records indicate that you worked 1 job for a month with us then quit working with no 2-week notice. Then you contacted our staff back a week later and asked to be placed on another assignment.
Well, that's not how we operate as a company. We operate on trust and reliability of 100%. If you did not like the position you were working for any given reason you could have communicated with our staff and we could have assigned you another remote job and/or you could have accessed the job bank portal to apply with our remote employer job positions.

This is a absolute lie. Why would complain about the business if I was working with a company I found your website? This is now a slander/libel issue that requires me to seek legal counsel. I am demanding the name of the company whom you say I worked for and the records you say you're looking at. I've never seen a company go to these extremes to do a cover up; however that is not my concern now that you're fabricating jobs that I've worked. I'm a widow and I called and texted her twice telling her the urgency to get a work form home job and she wouldn't call or text me back. I have no idea how to get into the portal, all I received was where she sent me a page to pay for her services. that is all. I'm a struggling widow with 2 sons here at home. if she really wants to help me then she needs to either call me or send me a e-mail showing how I can access the portal to get a job. she never once helped or showed me how to do any of this.
Their website states that for $85 you get access to remote job opportunities. It seems like a scam and after my dealings with this company I fully believe that it is. I have attempted to call the number given and send an email to the HR address given with questions that I have and have received zero response. It has been over a week, long enough to receive a response from any company. I have applied and applied to jobs, no response when I am very qualified for the position. It's an area that I've got 10+ years experience in so there aren't any issues as to why I would not receive a response if I in fact applied to an actual company. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company and get the $85 refunded to me as this is an utter and complete scam. These people should be ashamed that they prey on innocent people looking for honest work.

Late last year, I received an email about a work at home data entry job position with this company. On December 28, I decided to purchase the program, including the background check & job bank for $85. It was very misleading in terms of the job & the work was required to do. They wanted you do a very large amount of work with little or no pay. The job bank offered was supposed to be in one the area you choose to work (clerical, customer service, data entry, etc.) , but it was too broad of work areas & seemed like it was the $210 job bank instead. When you apply for most of the jobs, you are either turned down or receive no response at all. No little contact or support through email or phone.

Mommy Jobs Online is a pre-screened work at home job board that make sure all jobs are legitimate and safe to work from home for our members. As a 1099 remote contractor this job states you get paid when you refer someone to our job bank portal platform, not hourly. We do offer hourly base jobs in our job bank portals so please apply for other remote jobs that accommodate what you are really seeking.
The Data Entry Specialist job is not as advertised in the job description on the Mommy Jobs Online website. It is a very misleading job description. I paid $85 to do contract work for Mommy Jobs Online as a Data Entry Specialist. The training module I received for the Data Entry Specialist position was entirely locating e-mail address and sending out e-mails. There was no Data Entry work at all in the training module. Mommy Jobs Online should refund me the $85 because I did not receive what I paid for.

The contractor is being very dishonest in her complaint and when she first tried to join she kept sending us declined credit cards and mismatch address verification information as we do not trust her so much due to this. The job listed is as described and she no showed us to do the work for our company and then filed this fake complaint because she did not want to do the job due to her schedule. There is plenty of typing, copying and pasting with this daily assignment as she would of known if she would of worked the contract position with our company. We did inform her that she still have access to our remote job bank that if she's not happy then she can still apply to other remote job openings of her caliber, therefore we will not refund her the fee back as we do not offer trials for the level of services we provide to our remote contractors and lifetime members that access our job boards.

The only actual reason I want a refund is because of the significant differences between the job description duties listed on the mommyjobsonline website and the job training module that they e-mailed to me after I paid to join. I paid to be a Data Entry Specialist contractor not to exclusively send out e-mails. Right now, you need to make an exception to your no refund policy because I did not receive what was described on the website. In the future, your company needs to change its refund policy to something less rigid and more customer friendly.

When you apply for most of the jobs, you are either turned down or receive no response at all. No little contact or support through email or phone.
This member has been utilizing our remote job board since December 2017. She has applied to several of our referral clients and has logged into our system 36 times as of today. Mommy Jobs Online is a pre-screened work at home job board that make sure all jobs are legitimate and safe to work from home for our members. We do not hire for any remote clients, they make their own hiring decisions once the candidate applies on their website. Our success rate for people finding jobs by applying to clients using our job board is at a 98%. If she received the $210 membership access to all the job boards than that is a better value for her to find jobs in a broader spectrum. We also informed her that our fee is non refundable once she joins our remote job bank portal access before she decided to join now. We will be glad to offer her recommendations for additional training and work programs to advance her work skills if needed so she can find the job that she is looking for.

I started working here from home back in August 2017. As a EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST POSITION. The only complaint I have is if you are posting jobs online for the company. You should get paid also. A lot of people depend on this job from working from home to have some kind of income coming in. Not just wait until a person refers you then get paid for $10.00.
As a 1099 remote contractor this job states you get paid when you refer someone to our job bank portal platform, not hourly. We do offer hourly base jobs in our job bank portals so please apply for other remote jobs that accommodate what you are really seeking.

The Data Entry Specialist job is not as advertised in the job description on the Mommy Jobs Online website. It is a very misleading job description. I paid $85 to do contract work for Mommy Jobs Online as a Data Entry Specialist. The training module I received for the Data Entry Specialist position was entirely locating e-mail address and sending out e-mails. There was no Data Entry work at all in the training module. Mommy Jobs Online should refund me the $85 because I did not receive what I paid for.
The contractor is being very dishonest in her complaint and when she first tried to join she kept sending us declined credit cards and mismatch address verification information as we do not trust her so much due to this. The job listed is as described and she no showed us to do the work for our company and then filed this fake complaint because she did not want to do the job due to her schedule. There is plenty of typing, copying and pasting with this daily assignment as she would of known if she would of worked the contract position with our company. We did inform her that she still have access to our remote job bank that if she's not happy then she can still apply to other remote job openings of her caliber, therefore we will not refund her the fee back as we do not offer trials for the level of services we provide to our remote contractors and lifetime members that access our job boards.

There are so many inaccuracies in your response. The only actual reason I want a refund is because of the significant differences between the job description duties listed on the mommyjobsonline website and the job training module that they e-mailed to me after I paid to join. I paid to be a Data Entry Specialist contractor not to exclusively send out e-mails. Right now, you need to make an exception to your no refund policy because I did not receive what was described on the website. In the future, your company needs to change its refund policy to something less rigid and more customer friendly.
