damaged the bed during assembly. We offered to send more replacements, but they requested to return the item. The return was authorized and the customer was emailed instructions for return and a statement of the return policies. Mom's Bunk House accepts returns within 30 days for items that are in new condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We received the return 115 days later. It was not in new condition but had been assembled, disassembled and damaged. The customer filed an Amazon A to Z claim. It was denied and closed by Amazon. We regret that this transaction did not work out and issued a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
