[redacted] We received Mr. [redacted]'s order past the 30 day return date policy and his item was in used condition. We explained to the customer regarding our policies and offered the Store Credit or we would gladly return the carrier to him. Mr [redacted] requested that we return the carrier to him. We have attached the email with the conversation we have had with Mr [redacted] and this issue has been resolved on our end to the customer's satisfaction as it is clearly stated in the attached email. We have also included the postage label and tracking information confirming the delivery of the Used carried back to Mr [redacted]. Please contact us if further information is required. You can close my complaint. I may yet leave a review, because they did not admit lying to my wife. However, they issued a full refund for the item.
