Review: I ordered specific flowers for my wedding on June 21, 2014. 2 days before the wedding, I picked up my flowers from Mom's florist, took them back to my house, arranged all my own centerpieces using my very own jars. I then returned the jars & vases including the flowers to Mom's Florist. They were to keep them cool for me and them deliver to my wedding site on Saturday at 2:30 pm, which I also paid another fee for. First they showed up over an hour late, then they didn't even deliver my flowers. Not a single thing they brough to the wedding was mine. The lady who delivered the flowers lied to mom and told her that she had to repack everything in different boxes and that's why they look different. Then when my husband called the shop to complain, [redacted] (a co-worker) told him that they had an accident and they were really sorry about not delivering our flowers and he needed to call back Wednesday (6/25/14) when the owner is in. I have called the shop several times and the owner is always too busy to take my calls and she has yet to call me back. When I finally spoke to [redacted] today, she said the owner would offer me a refund of only $500. She then proceeded to tell me that some other bride broke into their shop and stole all of my flowers, jars & vases. Regardless of what story they choose to come up with next, the flowers that I ordered and paid for in full are not the flowers that I received. Not to mention I never received my jars or vases either. As this is a breach of contract, they need to refund me my money and also reimburse me for the jars & vases they lost.Desired Settlement: They did not fulfill our contract as mutually agreed upon and they also lost several of my own jars and vases that I provided. They need to refund me in full for the flowers and they also need to refund me in full for the vases and jars.
