I’ve been providing service for this lady for almost two yearsWhen she came to me for the first time she told me her hair stylist had refused to do her hair anymoreShe told me that she and her husband were very poorshe said her husband had recently had heart surgery and had lost his job at
*** and she was unable to workI recently learned he drives a taxiI’ve been doing her hair for much less $($for a foil) then half the cost I would normally charge my other clientsHer hair is long, thick and curly requiring much more time and product then is normalAfter each service she was completely satisfied with her hairA few after the service she would return wanting something else done at no cost This continued from the first visit, nearly two year ago, to the lastAfter almost two years I finally told her I could no longer afford the time necessary to do her hairHer husband called me and told me he wanted the $back she paid for the last two visits or he was going to your peopleHe scared me with the threat and then called several times and wanted my home addressI’ve been upset ever since I’ve been in business doing hair for over years without a complaintMy clients come from Boston to CanadaI did many of them as children through their college days and still do them I apologize for my penmanship and spelling, I’m *** and grew up near the *** border in *** ***.I’m sorry for any trouble this has caused you

When *** came to me and gave me her story of poverty I decided to help her outI had never met her beforeWhen I did her the first time she told me her previous stylist had refused to hear hair anymoreI did her hair for almost two years at less than half priceAfter a few months many of my clients and friends started telling me that she and her family were nothing but troubleOther salon owners called me and told me the same thingI did her for as long as I could and finally told her I couldn’t afford to do her anymoreFrankly I couldn't put up with her anymoreI’ve never yelled at a clients in my life and almost everyone in *** knows what kind of a person and stylist I amYou people have generously put up with her as long as you shouldI appreciate what you’ve done to protect her and me over this matterShe is trouble

I am appalled that [redacted] would not respond as the owner of Mon Ami. She really messed up my hair and I had to cut several inches off of my long hair which she turned to hay, the color was bad the softness gone and the amount I had to spend to try to get my hair back to normal is way more than I asked for. I am disgusted that this business owner yelled at me when I tried to handle this myself and even had the gall to call herself a chemist. She is a hairdresser and she used to be good, not any more and I will spread the word. She should not be in business as clearly she does not know what she is doing, and now purposefully calling herself a chemist is such a joke!!
