Dear [redacted] We recently received your complaint # [redacted] regarding your accountWe take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional informationAccording to our records, we received your order on November 15, 2017.The terms of the offer that you agreed to when the order was placed stated that you were to have a day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further chargesThey also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $for the Magnetique Hair Growth fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)."These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our productAdditionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed toWhen you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offerWhen a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing toIf there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $when your trial endedAccording to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on November 29, when you cancelled with a representativeYour account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since thenAs a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent chargeYou were refunded $Transaction-ID: [redacted] on November 29, Please allow 3-business days to reflect back into your account.Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or chargesI hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

Dear ***,I am sorry for any inconvenience or confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up forAs agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send you a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a Day Trial, which begins the date of the orderYou have Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if you would like to continue receiving it monthlyIf you decide that you do not wish to receive the product monthly, all you need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel your Trial for youHowever, if we do not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, we charge you the full price for the product that you ordered.After reviewing your account it appears we have already issued a $refund back to your Master Card ending in *** when you called in with your Bank on the line and spoke to a Representative.07/22/- Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] I hope this resolves your concern today I hope you have a good day!

Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.You agreed to pay S&H of $4.95 and added $1.95 Buyers Protection- which covers the product in case of damage, theft or loss.  According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on September 18, 2017 when you called and spoke to a Representative, your product had already shipped and we are unable to stop any shipment once in route. Your account was immediately cancelled and you will not receive any shipments or charges going forward. As a courtesy today, we have provided you with a 100% refund on your charges.
