I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. While I am willing to let this matter end, I find it ironic that the company stated that they would do another item(at my expense) for free, but then admit that they would keep the original 50% fee that was pre-paid. Is this then considered a damaging fee?
A company or person should stand behind their work or service and not behind a store policy that was built to protect themselves from being responsible for their self admitted mistakes.
I will not be using this company again. The matter is closed.

Hello,In regards to the complaint against our business. I would like to mention that our store policies mention in verbatim "We are not liable for your items if damaged." We have many customers bring in their own items to get a simple $12 embroidery, while their items cost...
$10-500. We cannot be responsible for items if they cost so much, and so we have that disclaimer to protect our business from such complaints. So the customer is at his own risk by bringing in his own items. With that said we offered to embroider on one of his items for free if he wanted to bring another one in. We thought the situation was taken care of, we showed our remorse and came to a solution, or so we thought. I'm willing to do the embroidery for free on the item he brings in, but we will keep the 50% that he paid on the other item. And like I stated above, as a part of our company policy, we will not take responsibility for his item.I've attached our store policy, which sits in plain sight for all our customers to view.Thank you for your time,Samannah M[redacted]Manager at Mona Tshirts
