A few days after I received this notice I was contacted by a friend of Ms***, Amy *** She explained that she wanted to pick up the remainder of the pieces, as well as any monies owedI told her this would be fine, provided that Ms*** sent us an email releasing the pieces
She sent the email, and we pulled the pieces for Ms *** to pick up Approxone week later I contacted Ms *** and informed her that the pieces/check was ready and she agreed to pick them up at the end of the week She picked up pieces and we paid for the remainder (I believe that these pieces are in the warehouse, but wanted to close out this issue so we just paid for them) When Ms *** picked up the pieces, we went through the account and I explained which pieces she was leaving with and which pieces we were writing a check for After looking over the list and the check, Ms *** signed a document that she was accepting payment and pieces and that the account was settled satisfactorily I have a copy of that document I can provide along with an email from Ms *** allowing me to release the pieces and check to her Please let me know if there is anything more I can provide that will settle this matter as I am assuming Ms *** is satisfied with the outcome Patric *** Mona *** ***
