I had hired Monarch transportation to ship a vehicle. I called in time to cancel, as we decided to ship ourselves & they played it off and kept blowing me off. They ignored my Cancellation & I know I made in it in time. They said that I didn't, when I know I did. And I had all of the calls documented, and the times.called. no one ever addressed my issue. Every time I called they always said someone would call me back and then they never did. I would have to call back every day for 2 weeks. I tried to claim a fraudulent transaction with my bank and they denied it.Because they said they followed their protocol, which they didn't. DONT USE THEM
