[redacted] was seen on 9/4/Partials were made Patient came back in on 2/5/and stated that she did not like the partials and wanted to know if we could do anything else We explained to her that we could make a permanent bridge but that there would be a cost difference She was ok with doing the fixed bridge and so we prepared the teeth for the fixed bridge It was cemented on 2/15/ Cost of the partials which we refunded to her was $ Cost of fixed bridge was $difference of $ She had a credit on her acct of $so that left her with a balance of $which she paid on 2/5/ I have brought her in and we have discussed this with her I thought we had it all figured out Not sure where she feels like we owe her any money I will be happy to talk with her again in regards to this complaint
