Review: Monarch Home Furnishings has falsely advertised a product, over charged me, not returned phone calls, and not returned the money that is owed to me. I purchased a set of two bar stools. Prior to purchasing I confirmed the height, as I did not want to buy these if they were too short. They informed me that they were 34". They then charged me for a second stool, when in fact I purchased a set of two via the Sears website. Upon trying to contact them every day for weeks on end, they will not pick up the phone and will not return calls. At this point it is a $642 mistake on their part. I would like ALL of my money back, including shipping both ways.Desired Settlement: I would like $642 for expenses incurred thus far, as well as a packing slip to cover the cost of shipping the bar stools back.
