I don't understand the nature of purpose of this complaintI have been in contact with customer on many occasionsSiding was scheduled for around the end of July until [redacted] asked us to cancel his contract

I'm not sure how to respond to this complaintI had no knowledge of the service issue or it would have been taken care of immediatelyFor some reason, the customer was having trouble getting through on our toll free numberI have contacted the customer and we are on our way today to resolve his service issue

that she was experiencing water leak issues and was informed that we would call and get somebody out to investigate.  We had called and left messages many times with no response. We had stopped by a few  times but she wasn’t there when we stopped. I personally left a note that we were there asking her to contact me so we could get this matter resolved.  Finally, months later she called.  We set a appointment and sent our roofer out to go over the issue.  Our roofer could not see any issues with the roof that we installed. He did however note that the dormer on her roof had shingle siding. The siding was brittle and cracking. It was his assessment that her water issue was from the dormer and not the roof. I havent heard back from her since. I feel that we made every effort to resolve her issue and that her complaint with the Revdex.com is unjustified as the issue at hand isn’t a result of our work.

The deck that was built for this customer was built by the book. We acquired all necessary building permits, followed all the necessary codes and passed inspections without issues. So when I got their email which referred to us as "mns" no I did not feel any desires to respond. We offer industry...

leading warranties on our workmanship but we do not have the ability to prevent pressure treated lumber from shrinking, cracking or twisting as it dries. Because we can't control it how does one expect to guarantee against it. We do not purchase our lumber from the big box stores. We purchase from a reputable Millworks company in our area.
