To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in response to the complaint [redacted] filed by one of our clients concerning a [redacted] blind that he ordered from Monarch Paint DCThe complaint appears to more or less correctly represent the dates and steps taken to provide him with a blind meeting the specifications he providedThis client signed a release providing his own measurements which was fulfilled with orders of the said blind in an attempt to meet what he sees as his specifications.? I have included a summary of details and supporting documentation (pages including his sign off, his email on re-measuring, the actual order and a copy of what he paid).?
