I am rejecting this response because:We, the homeowners, were never notified that we did not have insurance on the common areas, meanwhile, the HOA is still taking out monthly dues that include insurance for the outside and common areas. We are still paying for a service that is not being provided, and have now paid out of pocket, $1349 for a repair of the broken pipe, located on the HOA's insurance area.

I apologize I have not seen this email or complaint.  If this complaint is about Pecan Park, the Board was  aware of this issue and were asked to let us know what they would like to do . The insurance was extremely expensive and they needed to make this decision. Multiple times they were...

contacted by us but to date I am not aware of their decision. If and when they decide they will let us know and we will communicate that to the owners.
