On 4-10-at 10:00am our agent secured Mr*** ***'s Kia Optima which was backed into the drivewayThe weather was approximately degrees outside and snowing. There was no hose there to damage, and our trucks have no way of damaging a hoseAgent secured the unit and filled out
a blank condition report while thereOn his report he notated that the windshield was crackedThis report was processed and submitted to the finance company on the next business day (Monday, 4-11-16)When customer came to reclaim their unit from our location on 4-11-16, Mr*** looked over the unit and signed paperwork (see attached) stating that "I agree that I have carefully examined the above described vehicle and made sure that there is no damage, other than any pre-existing damage marked and accounted for on the vehicle condition report. 2. Mr*** has called Mr*** and has stated he don't care about Mr*** contacting Revdex.com but if I don't stop bring up his Company I will be suited, I don't think so, Mr*** had no good Reason in the first place to tow Miss *** Vehicle he seams to think our concerns should be only with the *** *** Company I think Mr*** needs to go back and go over his Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity #Number (***), which I'm not going into at this time I will go as far to say again he had no right with Miss *** Vehicle I don't care who called him to pithe car they the Title Company, at the end of the day Mr*** and the Public Utilities Commission, Application for Registration of Intrastate for Hire in Ohio states the following :
With part (B) of this document states Applicant operates tow trucks for compensation, to transport WRECKED ,(or) DISABLED VEHICLES
4. Were do it say "REPOSSESSION" of Miss *** Vehicle, this has got to stop the fact that as I have said before, the Company that called Mr*** had no right to do so that's a party for another day, this will not go away ,I think it's a shame that this can go on with out any investigation with these companies, and they just get away with this the fact Miss *** has lost her Vehicle can't go to work, can't go by food, pay bills, go to the doctor or anything, the fact that this *** *** Company has no right to be in Ohio in the first place, maybe Mr*** needs to check this out as I have
Also I have some concerns about Mr*** Application which is not signed by him, this is about all three ***, *** ***,and *** *** ***
I want to thank your office for all your time in this very inportant matter and look forward to heaing from your office in a timely manner

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached photos of the driver side of my car that show that what Monarch is reporting that they "gained entry" on the passenger side is incorrect. I also have a witness who saw them gain entry to my vehicle on the driver side. It was not something that was noticeable at first glance until I was driving and could hear the wind coming into my vehicle and a significant temperature change inside. I went to two body shops and without telling them what occurred they also stated it looked like someone gained entry to my vehicle on the driver side. [redacted] also stated they believe that Monarch also tried the passenger side. In the event they did not, that would lead me to believe my vehicle was broken into while in their possession at which point I will file a police report.
Regards,
[redacted]

The unit was repossessed due to non payment of a title loan acquired by Miss [redacted] against the Eclipse. The vehicle was delivered to [redacted] from our [redacted] storage facility, with property removed and held at [redacted] in our property room. [redacted] is on [redacted] and they signed and took possession of the unit.

On 5-24-15 at 1:35am we repossessed a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse belonging to [redacted] with a lien holder of [redacted]. [redacted] has continued to call our office starting on 6-10-15, on the behalf of [redacted], complaining that [redacted] and Monarch Recovery are not actually licensed to do business. [redacted]s complaint we feel has nothing to do with Monarch Recovery but [redacted]. We do not do public impounds for the city, we do repossessions on delinquent accounts on the behalf of our clients. Please feel free to contact me at[redacted]
