Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: because the business did not comply to what the customer requested He persuaded the customer to change what she originally ask forI don't care what other people have gotten We ask for specific embroidery and that what I feel we should have gotten Whatever happened to customer service Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: he is not telling the truth The following statements are false: (1)"She called and asked her daughter (who the gift was for) and she said that it was fine." (2) The person who made the complaint threatened to send a complaint to Revdex.com (which she apparently has) and boasted that she has had businesses closed down due to her complaintsI did call my daughter in front of him and she emphasize again that per the state of Texas, the embroidery is incorrect So I asked him could it be corrected at a discounted price I did say I will contact the Revdex.com but did not boast that I had businesses closed down due to my complaints I have never had business closed down I am only trying to get this issue resolved fairly Regards, Latasha Brown

In response to the customer's first reason for declining my initial response, the line she sited as a statement was taken out of context It went along twith the 1st two lines prior to the statement. The customer asked if we can remove the FNP-C and add the rest of credentials underneath the name I said it could be done but the lettering would be offset, since it was initially centered with the pocket She called and asked her daughter (who the gift was for) and she said that it was fine.It was not stated to say her daughter said, leave the embroidery as it is, it's fine, it means after she talked with her daughter and explained the lettering would be offset and/or not centered over the pocket, her daughter said that was fine as long as what she wanted was on the labcoat. Also, if we remove stitching there is a high probability that there could be damage to the labcoat that is visible This was explained to the complaintant as it is explained to every person who wants embroidery removed from an item.In response to the customer's second reason for declining my initial response: The person who made the complaint threatened to send a complaint to Revdex.com (which she apparently has) and boasted that she has had businesses closed down due to her complaints. Yes, it was said, however this can only be viewed as a he said, she said type of scenario Although she did raise her phone as she was leaving and said the entire conversation was recorded, without consent. As I said before the labcoat can be changed to what she wants embroidered on it, but I cannot do this at a discounted price, it is too much work to do discounted when we were not at fault. We recently had a repeat customer come in for embroidery, she is a Nurse Practitioner and I asked her about the Texas requirements for credentials She said it is true that the State of Texas requires all credentials be put on signatures and things such as books, however she said it is not required on embroidery She has been a Nurse Practitioner for several years As stated before, possibly every single Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner that has had embroidery only put NP-C or FNP-C after their name If they have a second line it is usually Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner

The customer did not come into the store directly, she sent her daughter to purchase the labcoat, as well as what she requested on the uniform I suggested to the daughter, when she came back with a piece of paper of what they wanted embroidered on the item, the way majority of the other
FNP-C's had embroidered on their coats The amount of lettering they wanted was too much to put on a single line and would make the lettering very small I told her the majority of the FNP/FNP-C that come into our store that work in Texas, have the following embroidered (Sample: *** ** ***, FNP-C, or they would have *** ** ***, FNP-C with Family Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner added underneath to make a second line) The customer asked if we can remove the FNP-C and add the rest of credentials underneath the name I said it could be done but the lettering would be offset, since it was initially centered with the pocket She called and asked her daughter (who the gift was for) and she said that it was fine However the customer blamed me for the incorrect embroidery and said it should be "corrected" for free or at a discounted price, which I told her that could not be done If the daughter who initially purchased the embroidery would have said no, do not do the embroidery your way, we would like it exactly as we ask, I would have done it that way If she did not agree with the way I suggested and I went ahead and changed it, then it would be my fault and I would have either corrected the mistake (for free) or if she demanded a new labcoat and embroidery, then I would have done that However she didn't make the order, she sent her daughter to do the order and her daughter was the only one available to us to make any changes When her daughter accepted my suggestion/recommendation, she is the only one in my eyes that has authority to accept or decline, seeing as she was the only person that made the purchases.Because she didn't refuse or decline my suggestion/recommendation to change the embroidery style, I don't believe that we (Monarch Uniforms) are at fault for what the customer's mother actually wanted embroidered on the labcoat The person who made the complaint threatened to send a complaint to Revdex.com (which she apparently has) and boasted that she has had businesses closed down due to her complaints I see this as a way for her to complain about not getting her way, even when she was never our customer to begin with, her daughter was our customer and placed the orders. The initial emails from the Revdex.com were going to our spam folder and I was only now able to see the emails Please let us know what future action is required as we have not had to deal with the Revdex.com before Please feel free to contact me at (***) ***-***, our business hours are 10am-7pm Monday through Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturdays. Thank you,*** ***General ManagerMonarch Uniforms

I am rejecting this response because: he is not telling the truth.  The following statements are false:  (1)"She called and asked her daughter (who the gift was for) and she said that it was fine."  (2) The person who made the complaint threatened to send a complaint to Revdex.com (which she apparently has) and boasted that she has had businesses closed down due to her complaints. I did call my daughter in front of him and she emphasize again that per the state of Texas, the embroidery is incorrect.  So I asked him could it be corrected at a discounted price.  I did say I will contact the Revdex.com but did not boast that I had businesses closed down due to my complaints.  I have never had business closed down.  I am only trying to get this issue resolved fairly.

I am rejecting this response because:  because the business did not comply to what the customer requested.  He persuaded the customer to change what she originally ask for. I don't care what other people have gotten.  We ask for specific embroidery and that what I feel we should have gotten.  Whatever happened to customer service.
