Mona’s Boston Terriers

We spoke with a Boston terrier Breader down in Winchester California she said had no new horns ready but she would sell us this male 6 month old and that she was goin to keep him for a breeder but decided not to . So we went and met her half way from where we were staying in our motor home on a vacation we Uber *** to get to her . The little guy was very timed but sweet but pretty chewed up I asked what happened she said she had a bh in heat and two males were getting to her and my dog *** got in the way and she said she did not get to him in time ! I felt so bad so we took the dog and paid her 850.00$ and she had me sign this paper she made that said dog sold as is ! I didn’t want ti sight it but I also didn’t want her to take dog back so I signed it . We retuned home with dog and kept noticing something wrong with the back legs , so we took him to our vet in December and we purchased him December 8th . The vet did not like the way the hips and back legs looked said looks like hip dysplasia. But said let’s wait a month to see if his legs get stronger that maybe he was kept in a kennel and his legs got weak so we waited a month in January took him in again and vet ordered xrays and found severe hip dysplasia bone on bone in both hips and the dog would be cripple ! We then took him to a specialist for another opinion and this vet said same thing he needs total hip replacement on both hips so we returned home to our vet and spoke with him and we are going to have surgery . All three vets said this is hereditary so somewhere in the breeding this is happening! I called her and let her know and asked for my money back she said not unless I give her the dog back But I won’t do that because I know she will sell him again . I’m trying to help someone else down the road also that is purchasing from her the breed line has terrible problems . It is going to cost7,000$ dollars for total hip replacements. Or 3,500$ for another surgery that they think he is a good candidate for
