We are not a Connecticut based business, and have not been in 10 years. We are looking into this matter and will rectify immediately.

Review: My daughter bought and paid for an Embroidered Fly Sheet for her horse, [redacted], in [redacted] the last weekend in July....going into August. (I have the receipt). The fly sheet never arrived. Our address is available upon request.Desired Settlement: all I want is what I ordered or a credit.

Review: I purchased custom logo jackets for all my clients and employees this winter as a Christmas gift. The total purchase was $2070. Two of the jackets were the wrong size and I returned them. The business promised to replace the jackets with the correct sizes back in March. The business will not return my e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or refund ALL of my money. .$2070. Everyone was supposed to have the same jacket. I need to hire a reliable company to make all the jackets I need, and they all have to match. Come on, is this so difficult?070

Review: On July 11th I spoke to [redacted] at Mona's Embroidery and ordered a jacket and a polo shirt both to be embroidered with the logo from my stables. My [redacted] was charged that same day for $164. I was told I would receive an email with a picture of the proof. I never received an email or a confirmatio of my charges, but I saw on my credit card. In mid August I called to find out the status of my order and [redacted] told me it was shipped, so I proceeded to tell her that I never received it. She said she would check on the order and that ** and the owner were out of town and would check when they returned. Since that time I have called and left sever** messages and have emailed. In all the emails I received two responses from ** that he was sorry for the delay and would check into it. I have never heard back. I have asked for either a refund or please send me my order. I understand they travel alot, but this level of customer service is totally unacceptable. My stables owner recommended them and even she is shocked at my lack of satisfaction. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my order, but if this cannot be done I would like a full refund. My card had been fraudulently used since then so I do have a new number they will need to issue me a credit.

The quality of work from this company is very good but the customer service is non existent. I waited 7 weeks to hear back from them after sending several emails and leaving several phone messages. They don't answer their phone. It goes to voice mail and no one responds to anything. Very poor customer service. I was started to believe that they were out of business. They responded two weeks after I finally decided to dispute the charge on my credit card. Absolutely FRUSTRATING!

Review: A size 78 horse sheet and blanket was dropped off at their show trailer during the 1st week of October 2014. I sent photos of what to monogram and told them the logo was on their files for reference. I sent emails through October , November and December. They have not responded with a time frame for completion. They were to be done for a show in November and now the new show season starts again I have no blankets for shows. They have also not completed items for my Trainer in the past.Desired Settlement: Per my lawyer, I gave them 2 options. Send the blankets back to me at ther cost, or pay me for the cost of these 2 pieces. I would prefer the return at their cost.
