I bought a hair kit and a VIP membership from Global on 03-22-I received my first deliveryI was excitedOne month later with the "autoship" (that I hate) I received another order even if my card was expiredI called to be refund and they tell me that's impossible to do itI have the obligation to keep itSo, I called the complaint department to cancel my account and everythingThey said that's impossible to do itI must buy kit to 99$ and upThe Monat's representative never told me thatIt's bad experienceI never heard a company who don't be able to refund their consumerI only want to cancel everything and that seem very difficultI'm frustrated...:( I don't want this company anymore in my lifeOn the website, that's impossible to erase my credit card numberThat's not normal

Do not do business with this company and if you do beware of their automatic shipmentsI am going to have to shut my credit card down as they will not stop shipping products to meThey have the worst customer service everThey will not call you back and their website will not let you cancel your orderBUYER BEWARE! I even put a block on their charges with my credit card company and they figured out a way to bypass it which leads me to believe they do this all the timeTheir are better companies to deal with that have the same quality of productsTheir poor customer service makes me wonder if what they say about their product line is true

Monat has amazing products for all hair issues and needs. I have never had any problems communicating with the company or my upline. For the ones doing VIP, I highly recommend becoming a Market Partner since you know you love the products and it will save you money in the long run :)

I have had such a great experience with Monat and their products. I am a hairstylist and have used many upscale products. I have never loved any of them more than these. I abuse my hair with bleach and it has come back around and is shiny and healthy. I have become a market partner and I am selling it to my clients who love it also . I did have to call customer service once the recording asked if I wanted a call back. They called me back in a timely fashion and replace my hairspray that was almost empty that decided to stop spraying . I love it that they guarantee all their products and have a 30 day return policy .

Ultimately we returned the products and requested a refund. It took 8-10 weeks (with a half dozen persistent emails and phone calls on my part)t to receive the reimbursement.

I actually love the product but cannot get on the website to change my autoship. I guess my log in ID is incorrect as even after resetting my password [redacted] hitting submit it returns me to the same log-in screen. I called and waited on hold then was told I could save my place in line by leaving my number and hanging up. I never got a return call. That was a Wed. Today is Saturday, same situation. They may not even be open but would be nice if their automated message denotes that!

I am very dissatisfied with the hours I have spent on multiple phone calls to actually reach a live phone agent. Monat customer service is substandard and removing a stored credit card can not be easily done. I utilized the call back option and I did not receive a response. Also, a chat conversation was initiated twice and no response was received. I was on hold on several occasions for over an hour long. I submitted an email to cancel my Market Partnership and I was told 3 days later to call to cancel. Upon calling to cancel, I was advised to email my request to [redacted]@monatglobal.com.

Product that was ordered never arrived. I was given a substitute product that I did not want. I was told I would pay to return it and when the product comes in stock they will send it out. Still no product,

Wait time to speak to customer service is over half hour and counting....

I needed to find out how to go about returning. I emailed two people on June 7th, the person I ordered through & the actual website. I heard back from the person I ordered through a day later. So I shipped out with a tracking # & they received it on June 15th. I waited several days for an email from them saying they received it or something, but nothing. So I called asking about it & my refund. Yes, we received it & you'll be getting your refund within 24-48 hrs. I waited 48 hrs for my refund, nothing. I called again, same answer. I called probably 10 times and got the same answers. Finally after threatening to turn them into my credit card company if I didn't get my refund within 24 hrs, I got my refund 2 days later. Oh & that FIRST email to the company was answered on July 7th, the day before I got my refund... It was a month long battle. Ridiculous

Horrible customer service. I ordered a product one evening (past 10pm) and when I woke the next morning, there was a buy one get one free offer. My rep called the office and they would not honor the buy one get one (even though my order had not even been processed) Order was shipped 2 days later, plenty of time to modify it to include the free product. (Or just ship an extra bottle) I contacted their customer service, and it was a joke. A soup can answer about 'once an order is placed, no way to modify'. They should look at their process. After the initial email, they did not reply to my further enquiry. I was simply ignored.

I have been associated with Monat for a year now and have found the products to be the best I have ever used personally and in my salon! The company has grown beyond measure in its first two years and there have been a few hiccups with customer service, but those issues are being worked through during this huge surge of growth! I am more that pleased with the products and trust that as Monat continues to grow, issues continue to be worked out!

I am a fairly new customer. I placed my first order for Monat products on 9/26/15, and today is 10/23. It was delivered about a week later, so I have been using the products for just over three weeks. I have no complaints about the results of the product, as I am not expecting to see any results this soon, but on 10/6 I received an email from Monat saying that I was charged for another round of the Men's treatment, because of the autoship that they have setup. I sent an email to [redacted]@monatglobal.com, asking them to cancel this order and refund my card, as I cannot afford to be charged nearly $100.00 automatically. I received no response. Now that I am aware of the autoship, I have logged in to my account and moved the next autoship date to 11/14/15, since that is as far in the future as it would let me move it. I still have about half of the first Men's treatment I ordered, as well as the second Men's treatment which is unopened, which is obviously enough to last me longer than 11/14. I logged in today to move my date back again, and it would not even give me the option to change it, and there is no option to cancel the autoship completely. I will contacting my credit card company to make sure I am not charged by Monat again. Very frustrating.

I have been trying to contact Monat to cancel auto ship and have been on hold now for 32 minutes. Last month I contacted them through email asking to cancel and they told me I had to have autoship for 3 months spending at least $100 each order. I have completed that now and just want to cancel order. Any business that will not allow you to cancel on the order website, should be an indicator of a bad company to do business with. I even explained to them that I had lost my job and could not afford the last order and they told me it is how they do business and would not do it. Buyer Beware!!

I have been using MONAT for 17 months! I can say that Monat has changed my life! I have personally experience great results with the products. I can look in the mirror with confidence and know that if it wasn't for MONAT, I would be wearing a wig. It's naturally based botanically blended, it's great stuff. I am all about the healthier products. Thank you Monat for feeling like a confident beautiful woman!

I have been with this company as a market partner since the first 2 months that they launched. I LOVE the product. It's done wonders for my hair and I will never deny that it's a great product. BUT, their customer service is the absolute worst. I recently signed a new market partner under me because she wanted to place an order for almost $500 and wanted to share it with her daughter because she loved the product so much. BIG MISTAKE. Little did I know, Monat automatically charges their MPs $19.95 a month to access their back office even though there is an option to access it (though limited) for free. I was completely unaware that this policy had been put in place, so I missed the fine print. She came to me about 5 months later saying she wanted more product, but wanted to know if she could do it without the extra charge. She and I both immediately started emailing and calling Monat to find out why she was being charged and to make it stop. It took us over 2 weeks to get a hold of someone and once I did get through, they were very rude and said all they could do was stop the charges, but they would not honor a refund. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to the launch party, I attended the convention in Disney World and I have close friends that are among some of the top market partners in the entire company. The product is amazing; however, I am embarrassed by their policies and customer service and will no longer do business with them. Unfortunately, a great product will not keep them afloat if they don't get their act together. My entire family and some friends have stopped their business with them because of their poor customer service and policies. Get it together, Monat!

Monat Global Corp. allows its distributors to prey upon a very vulnerable community of people suffering from the hair loss disease, Alopecia Areata. This disease is auto-immune, caused by a genetic problem that causes the immune system to mistakenly attack the hair follicles and make them stop growing. There is NO CURE for hair loss due to Alopecia Areata. The only promising treatments involve powerful immuno-suppressant medicines.

Monat's distributors, or whatever they call themselves, are aggressively targeting people who have Alopecia Areata, or who have children who have the disease. There is no scientific evidence that anything that Monat sells will cause hair growth in people with this genetic disorder.

Monat distributors try to join CLOSED Facebook groups for people who have Alopecia Areata for the purpose of selling Monat hair products. Sometimes they hide their affiliation with Monat in order to gain membership, then they begin marketing to our members once they are admitted.

I have written to Monat, and I've written to individual distributors, urging them to stop selling to our community. I have explained that their products cannot possibly have an effect on our hair loss.

I have had no response from Monat corporate, and little response from individual distributors. By its practices and its failure to advise its distributors not to market hair loss products to sufferers of Alopecia Areata, Monat is raising false hope among people struggling with Alopecia Areata, and causing them to waste a lot of money.
