Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/01/12) */ [redacted] originally brought his Yamaha ATV in on Januray and decided to have a big bore installed on the ATV The unit was delivered to him from the shop on March 2, There was strict directions on the order, that this machine could only be ran with race fuel It was heavily modified and needed the utmost attention to the tuning Three months later on June 1st, he brings the machine back saying it was locked up He told us he wasn't in a hurry for it and told us to take our time Between the first and second time in, we had hired a service manager (Jason) Jason was in contact with [redacted] throughout the process [redacted] repeated told him that he wasn't in a hurry for the ATV, and he just wanted it done right In early September, he called down saying that he needed it right away We told him that we weren't done with it and needed some time He said he just wanted to pick it back up He was informed that it wasn't doneHe told us that he wanted to take it somewhere else He asked that we throw it back together and push it into his pickup We didn't charge any labor on the second time in That was the last time I had heard from him until he wrote a review on google His review tore us apart He never called to talk to me about itHe then came in the store and demanded that was refund him for his service bill When I questioned him about the review, he said that he didn't want anyone else having the experience that he did with us I asked him if he expected me to want to help him out after leaving a review like that and not coming in to talk to me I wasn't going to help him out at all He later deleted the review Right before Christmas I told him that I would look into his case and see what we could do I can't refund the original rebuild because it was done in March of It was three months before it was brought backHe told me that he has taken it to a repair shop in another town I haven't seen any documentation on that repair Also, does that repair facility have any certified repair mechanics in small engines? If he wants to bring the machine back so we can look at it, I would be willing to do that
