Review: I applied for loan on their website. Within a few days I was approved and sent required paperwork. Credit score low so to secure loan I was told I had to pay the first five months loan which was $984.15 by Green Dot money pack. I paid on a Friday and told funds would be deposited with 5-7 hours and no more than 20 hours. I spoke to [redacted] my"client care adviser several times. No funds delivered on Saturday. Spoke to [redacted] again she reassured me all ok "probably the weekend." On Monday morning no funds. I called and spoke to [redacted]. My loan was put on hold because the loaner had a finders fee to be paid first. She was "unaware of this". I was told $650 in the same payment method. I paid Monday evening around 6pm. [redacted] said to late to get funds tonight but by 9am Tuesday. No funds were deposited Tuesday morning. All phone calls to NY number, the toll free number and Canada's office number no answer. Wednesday morning [redacted] answers her phone. "Gas leak in NY Tuesday all offices evacuated" I asked her "even in Canada" She hesitated but said she was surprise. I questioned her about being scam "oh no". By 11am today your funds will be there. Of course no funds in over a week. No answers to emails, phone calls. I left messages stating my lawyer suggested I try to resolve the issue by just getting my money back. No results.Desired Settlement: refund $650.00 and $984.15

Review: July ** 2013 Apply the loan application through [redacted] I filled out my name, address, phone number, email address, employment and financial status. How long I worked with the full time job, the monthly payment of mortgage. I filled out to request to borrow of $50000.00 July ** 2013 I got an email from Mondell Financial & Associates. They mentioned I got the loan approved of $50000.00 interest rate of 7.75% 180 months $470.74 per month. Around 9:40am, I got the call from Mondell Financial & Associates loan advisor : [redacted] to left a voicemail to mention I got approved of the loan. Here is the email detail: Dear [redacted], Congratulations your recent online loan application has been sent to our database and has been approved! Please contact your loan advisor [redacted] at ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] to complete the process. With your credit history we have found a suitable avenue for you. (Full details are in your attached loan agreement). Please return appropriate signature pages, signed with 2 pieces of identification, proof of income and a void check to our office to finalize the loan process. You can send requested documents via fax to: ###-###-#### or email to: [redacted] to my attention: [redacted], so that your file can be expedited. Total process may be completed in as little as 48 hours. Please be advised that if we do not hear from you within 5 business days your file will leave our office. So please contact me as soon as you receive this email at ###-###-#### Ext [redacted]. Kind regards, [redacted] - Loan Ad-visor Mondell Financial & Associates Toll: ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] Head Office: ###-###-#### Processing Division: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### Email: [redacted] I did call back to her and she explained to me about the contract detail of the loan. She required me to pay the first 5 months in advance $ 2353.20 CDN; the next or first monthly payment due to The Lender will begin on the future deferral date specified by the “Lender”. E.g. / if a payment is made July [redacted] 2013 your first installment will be due January [redacted] 2014. The Lender requires this payment in advance to show the payment ability of the borrower which will in turn secure the issued funds. [redacted] the loan advisor kept saying once you paid the amount, we will release the funds. I was so surprise why I need to pay first 5 month in advance $ 2353.20 CDN, she said it called Monetary Collateral. I need some “Collaterial”. The contract loos good with professional terms and condition with company name address, phone number fax number and email address. I called the phone number ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] to contact [redacted] to tell her I will fax return appropriate signature pages, signed with 2 pieces of identification, proof of income and a void check to our office to finalize the loan process on ** July 2013. July ** 2013 Around 815pm, I already faxed appropriate signature pages, signed with 2 pieces of identification ( driver license and nexus with my picture id), proof of income ( my full last two month pay slip) and a void check (TD Canada Trust Cheque account number) . The fax number was ###-###-####. The fax went through. July ** 2013 Around 8:25am , I called the toll free number ###-###-#### enter 0 to reach client care , someone picked up the phone, I did not ask the name. She told me she received the fax. She told me that I need to go to western union to make a payment of 2353.20 CDN. She told me it as a normal procedure. It did not mention in the contract. The conversation ended. July ** 2013 I went to western union to pay $2350.00. I called [redacted]; she gave me the direction how to make a payment at western union. She asked me to split the $2350.00 in half to transfer the funds to two people. One person call [redacted] Toronto Ontario of $1175.00 and one person call [redacted] in Brampton Ontario of $475.00. The western union charged me $64.00 for transfer fee which [redacted] loan advisor told me they are going to reimburse all the service charges to me. I did asked why I transfer to people not a company for money transfer. She told me those two people are working in their account department. Collect from the person is easier. After I called [redacted], provided her the reference number and faxed the receipt. She told me the funds will be released on ** July 2013. July ** 2013 I checked with my bank account in the morning, they did not transfer the funds to me. I called to [redacted], she mentioned she overlooked with my contract, the account department required me to pay $2800 Standard Creditors Disability Insurance in order to release the loan. I argued with her, that contract of the Standard Creditors Disability Insurance is an optional, it did not require. She apologized to me about the overlooking……….. At 3:25pm, again I went to western union to split the $2800.00 in half to transfer the funds to two people. One person call [redacted] Toronto Ontario of $1400.00 and one person call [redacted] in Brampton Ontario of $1400.00.again, The western union charged me $73.00 each transaction for transfer fee which [redacted] loan advisor told me they are going to reimburse all the service charges to me. After, I called her to provide the receipt number and faxed to her. She told me the money must release on * Aug 2013 before long weekend. Aug * 2013 In the morning, I still did not received the funds, I called to [redacted] again . She told me I need to pay extra $650.00 for the broker fee. I argued with her she never mentioned to me at beginning. I asked her couple times any extra service charge before you released the funds for me. She said no more. This was the last time I trust her. Around at the end of the night, 8:30pm, I went to western union to make the last payment of $650 broker fee to [redacted] Toronto Ontario. Again western union charged me $39.00 service charges. I emailed the receipt to [redacted] and faxed it. Aug * 2013 I called [redacted] at 6:15am pst, she told me she received the fax and the funds is going to release within few hours. This is the last time to call her. After few hours, I still did not receive the funds. I started to call her; she did not answer the phone call, the call transfer to voicemail. I left two voicemails to her and emailed to her. They did not respond to me. I spent total $5800.00 and $**3.00 western union fee not including the western union charges, I still did not receive the $50000.00 funds. Aug * 2013 Aug * 2013 Both days I kept calling to [redacted], she did not answer the phone, still transfer to voicemail. Same I left the voicemail and email to her, still did not respond. Aug * 2013 I still call the toll free number ###-###-#### because I still did not receive the $50000.00 This time, I cannot leave any voice mail, the toll free number that I dialed have a straight message, “the phone number has been temporary disable” . I cannot reach anymore. This is my complain statement, and I kept all the receipt and statement. I already called Financial Consumer Agency of Canada and consumer protection bc, they cannot handle my case. If Revdex.com is willing to process my complaint, I will provide all the contract and receipt. I want to get back my money of $5800.00. it is total a fraud.Desired Settlement: neither refund or release the $50000.00 according from the contract.
