Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: its all lies.........we requested an oil change because we were told by the extended warranty to before days.? We never refused extended warranty, it was never offered and if it was offered, we would have gladly accepted the extended warranty instead of going online to search and find oneThe owner gave me a final price, had me sign the final price only to add additional charges without my consentWe purchased car with over 128,miles and I gave the extended warranty insurance the exact miles and now the miles have been rolled over, the miles are far less than the when purchased and the Extended warranty company says this is against the lawThis company spoke to me via phone about falsely filing a claim on my extended warranty knowing they were at faultCompany did a terrible job on the repairsNow all my lights are on and the car engine is overheatingThis happens days two days after the repair where I sent the owner a picture of the miles ( after purchase ) & all the service engines onThe only reason we did not pay cash out was because the owners son " Guaranteed us " nothing was wrong with the car and gave us days because the car wouldn't crank and we wanted to get it checked by our mechanicSo, if nothing was wrong with the car, we would pay off the final payment the following week.? Well, the next few days we called because the car had starting concerns , oil change due to suggestion and we kept getting the "Call Back when Owner comes in" after a week we we heard a clicking noise & was told to now wait another week We informed the owner, this is not what we was told, the owner asked me to bring the car in on the next time we make final paymentI told him " this is not how you suppose to do business " he starts shouting how this is "AS IS"..so much to dispute,? prefer to see him in court and social media!!? I signed the back of the contract because he would not let me walk out with my keysHe made an error in telling me he would only charge me for parts and not labor as a sign of not looking at the car when his company was suppose to & he went back on his word because he said I was a beggar and beggars cant be choosy He was upset because I informed him politely if I could use another rent a car because the car smell like urine...terrible place? & now we cant drive the car because its now overheating & this owner expect us to keep paying for repairs that are now overheating our car??? By far the worst car experience I have ever experiencedwe will pay off our balance and see this guy in court and we have already paid $+ = $( balance of $) Regards, [redacted]

In response to ID *? [redacted] .Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] came to my dealership on 8/15/to look at a BMW X3, They saw thevehicle, liked it and asked to test drive itThe BMW did not start and had to be jumped which iscommon on cars that sit on a lot not driven dailyWe jumped the BMW and took the customers on atest drive where upon coming back they told us that they liked the Xand that they wanted to purchaseitWhen they came back from the test drive we started the BMW again to check if the battery hascharged and it did startWe did the paperwork and Ms [redacted] was $short where theyrequested that we finance that amount where they would pay it off in two payments of $to bepaid in full within a month periodUpon leaving the dealership the BMW did not start because of thebattery, so we went ahead and replaced the battery and installed a new oneIt was explained clearly toMs [redacted] and her fiancé Mr [redacted] that the Xwas sold AS IS with no warranty from Mondial AutoSales, and three documents were signed by Ms [redacted] acknowledging that, we offered a warranty thatcan be purchased at the time of purchase or within days of time of purchase, but they declined thepurchase of a warrantyWe were informed later that the customer went ahead and purchased awarranty on their own from an outside sourceNow, a couple weeks went by and the customer called uscomplaining of a clicking noise, so we told them that we would be glad to check it out for them andasked that they bring it for the mechanic to look at itWhen Ms [redacted] brought the vehicle she waswelcomed by the lot manager Mr***, Ms [redacted] told [redacted] that she was hearing some clickingnoise and that her boyfriend thinks it was the brakes, [redacted] checked the brakes and found no problemwith the brakes, Mr [redacted] told Ms [redacted] that the mechanic was not present, he had to go toOklahoma for a family emergencyMr [redacted] did a visual check on all fluids and suggested an oil andfilter change which Ms [redacted] agreed toMr [redacted] changed her oil and filter while she waited in theofficeWhile in the office I offered Ms [redacted] a banana, I always like to keep fruits and sweets in myoffice to offer customers, I meant no offence, It is only a sign of friendship and hospitality, Ms***accepted the banana, unfortunately her obnoxious fiancé found it offensive, and kept bringing it up inmany later conversationsAnyhow Ms [redacted] took the car after the oil change knowing that themechanic was not present to check her complaint about the clicking noise, we suggested that she bringsit back at a later date when the mechanic is presentThree weeks went by and Mr [redacted] called andsaid the BMW broke down, we told him to bring it to us so we can check itThe BMW was towed to usand upon inspection we found that the front drive shaft broke and spun and caused damage totransmission and a possible damage to the transfer caseWe shared our finding with Mr [redacted] andinformed him of the damageHe requested that we help him fix the BMW and that he had a warrantythat he purchased, the warranty company declined the claim because the damage happened before thedays period that they require before a claim is turned inSo, we did our best to save Ms [redacted] thecost of repairs, we did that by looking on-line and located a very reasonably priced used transmissionand did the repairs at a dealers whole sale price, the total cost of repairs came to $of which Mr[redacted] only paid $with the agreement that he would pay the remainder along with the balanceleft on the Xwithin three months period, he agreed and signed a letter stating that agreementI triedmy best to accommodate Mr [redacted] and gave him a loaner car upon his request at no charge to him, hecomplained about a urine smell, this was a front line detailed car, no smell of any sort, we went aheadand loaned him a different carHis BMW was ready the next day, we called him but he could not come,he kept our loaner through the weekend and showed up Monday the following weekUpon picking uphis BMW he indicated that he did not have the money to pay for the repairs and asked that we added itto what he owed, so we accommodated his request and extended his financing to three monthsHesigned a hand written letter by him acknowledging our agreementIt is disappointing when a car breaksdown within weeks of purchasing it, but this was used Xwith 122K miles, and anything couldhappenItried my best to remedy the situation and work with Mr [redacted] , but his attitude was hostileand wanted to put the blame on us for what happened to his XWe were not the ones driving it whenit broke down, and we refuse to be blamed for itWe did our best and fixed his BMW for far less thanwhat it would have cost him somewhere else, in spite of that he wanted to go this route to get awayfrom paying what he still owe on his car and the balance for the repairs we didIcharged him only$an hourly labor for a hours job, anywhere else he would have paid at least $90.00! hourlylabor plus all the mark ups on parts and supplies. Some people appreciate a good service and deed, and others like Mr [redacted] kick you back with nogratitude. This is what did happen, and this is my response
