Monitoring comes free if charge for all residential customers who have the capability in their homes However, MrHardie has a very unique closed secure network (the equivalent we have only seen on big corporate commercial projects and had their IT personnel work with us) We have been out there on several occasions to try and get the monitoring hooked up and have spent much time on it with the manufacturer as well (Enphase) The customer would also not allow line connectors, which was our solution so we spent more hours coming up with a solutionOn the last visit (1/18) we found a solution but due to his unique set up, we'll continue to use "filters" in order for him to see his monitoringIn our 600+ Enphase monitoring set-ups, this was a firstAdditionally, the timing of this complaint coincided during a time where our area and everywhere north of us was dealing with active fire and the aftermath and many of our employees were still evacuated from their homes, during which we still addressed the concern again and spent a day with MrHardie working on the issue.To clarify, the system has been producing energy the entire time- it is only the monitoring that the customer can see
