Each visit is calculated based upon a prescribed cleaning schedule, which will not disappoint! We have come to count on their level of expertise and couldn't wait to have them come in after a recent remodel! Or if I had done any wrapping, I'm sure that they wouldn't claim responsibility because I'd wrapped itThey are a moving company, I naively assumed they would pack it to survive a move undamaged
For my experience, they have been unprofessional and irresponsible and I hope that would that they could offer me more satisfactionFor the last five months, they ignored my requests for a settlement
What steps would you recommend?

I have been using the ladies at Sonia's Magical Cleaning for the past several years. They are excellent in every way. They are on time and work with the homeowner to make sure they understand the scope of the job. Additionally, they bring all their own cleaning equipment and when I get home I feel that I'm walking into a "new" house. Everything smells and feels so CLEAN and FRESH. On one occasion I asked them to help my employer, in an emergency situation, to clean several apartments and get them ready for new residents. They came over the next day and worked very late to get all the apartments completely clean. Their attention to detail far surpassed [redacted] quality we were accustomed to with our housekeeping staff forcing them to raise their standards. I can recommendation Sonia's Magical Cleaning without reservation.
