We have looked into this and determined that the customer uploaded artwork to our system that does not meet retailer requirements.  We reached out to the artist immediately after the orders were placed and requested replacement cover art.  Multiple requests were sent out over the following...

week.  However, we did not receive a response from the customer, nor replacement artwork. Hence, the projects were placed on hold.After receiving the Revdex.com complaint, a MondoTunes Customer Service Rep reached out to the customer again via phone (leaving two messages) and email.  Customer responded via email.  We again let the customer know that the orders were simply on hold while waiting for cover art that meets retailer guidelines.  We offered the customer a full credit for projects currently on hold. Customer stated he was very pleased with that and wants to continue to do business with MondoTunes (We have successfully distributed other projects for this artist in the past).  Customer stated he was canceling his Revdex.com complaint against MondoTunes.Feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or need anything further.MondoTunes Customer Support

I submitted a "Takedown Request to Mondotunes one year ago and they have not honored my takedown request. My music recording submissions are still posted. I have emailed them numerous times and they are blaming their distribution partners. According to there emails they have only emailed their partners and have not attempted to phone them to resolve the problem. Their website states that it takes 60 days to take music down, it has been 12 months and the music is still posted.Desired Settlement: I would like Mondotunes to honor my "Takedown Request" and remove all submissions that have been requested to be Taken Down.

Review: I recently upload my music to be distributed, I keep receiving an error message from MondoTunes, I contacted the company and made them aware of the problem I was having uploading my music so I went threw a different company which was so much easier to upload and customer friendly so I contacted MondoTunes and request my money back for the songs that Wasn't and still not uploaded to there site but I was still charged for the service.Desired Settlement: Upload or refund.
