I am rejecting this response because:
I read Monet Dental Group's response and what is not understood is that it was NEVER explained to me at the time I made my appointment in person, was that I could not use my coupon. A staff member read my coupon while I was in the office and stated that I COULD use my couponThis was on a Friday. At no time did she state that the zoom whitening was discounted and that I couldn't use the coupon because it couldn't be combined with an already discounted price. If that was told to me right then, this wouldn't be an issueShe did explain to me that my benefits couldn't be used for whitening because it was under cosmetic dentistrySo that's when I asked about the $off coupon which says I could use it for cosmetic dentistry I was called back by the staff a day before my appointment to tell me that I couldn't use my coupon because whitening wasn't considered "cosmetic dentistry" but cosmetic "treatment"That's what I was told. The first I heard of the zoom whitening being $and that it was discounted to $was when I got a response from the Operations Manager which I forwarded that email to you. The staff made the mistake, not I. The misunderstanding is not on my part. That's why I was so upset because the staff said I could use it and then called me back a few days later saying I couldn't and gave totally different reasons as to why I couldn't use the coupon. So no, the price difference was not explained to me on "several occasions". Only onceThe staff said one thing and the operations manager said another thing. I feel that since it was their mistake, they should honor the $with $off. I really like this dental office and the staff. Yes this situation is unfortunate but again I feel like it's their faultNot mine

*** and *** have both let me know that you had some concerns regarding the e-coupon you received and using it towards the zoom bleaching. I apologize if you do not agree with the fact of using towards the $cost of the zoom bleaching I just wanted to reach out and explain why it
does not work with the zoom at $295. The zoom is already discounted promotion of $as it is a cash fee of $550. You cannot combine multiple coupons/promotions (I believe it does state that on the coupon as well) in the office. We can honor the coupon but it would have to be honored at the $fee which would discount the zoom bleaching to $which is higher than the promotion we are already running for the patient’s of $295. It is not that we do not want to honor your coupon, but it seems like possibly it wasn’t being explained correctly why.
